I was asked to paint some big giant typography for 'De Keizer Marine Engineering' in Zaandam. There are 3 sets of words: ASSEMBLY LAB, TEST COURT and ACADEMY. The words are all 3 meters high and varies from about 8 to 25 meters in length!
An extra unforeseen difficulty were the thick steel beams throughout the letters. So we chose to paint them anamorpic: that way all words can be read correctly without hesitation from one point of view in the centre of the work hall.
